Terms and Conditions

Who we are

Cry Laughing is operated by Andrew Rosenthal trading as Cry Laughing.

Our address is 31 Langdale Way, East Boldon, Tyne & Wear, NE36 0UG, United Kingdom.

You can contact us at support@crylaughing.co.uk.

These terms apply to purchases from our website.

Our products

Please read the product description and check your chosen colour, product option and quantity before ordering.

Product photographs illustrate the design. Screens can display colours differently, but this does not affect your rights if goods do not match their description.

For personalised products, please check names, dates and spelling carefully. We print the details you supply. If we make a printing error, we will put it right.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges and the total payable are displayed before you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout, and payment is taken when you order.

Please check your delivery address and contact details before completing your purchase.

Our automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept your order and form a contract with you when we send your dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item, together with any delivery charge that is no longer applicable.

If we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we will explain it and let you choose whether to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not charge you extra without your agreement.

Production and delivery

Our products are made to order and dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, including weekends and bank holidays.

Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. The available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly state that a service is guaranteed.

We deliver to Great Britain only: England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or overseas addresses.

If we become aware of a delay, we will contact you. Please email us if your order is late or missing.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate to receive them. Nothing in these terms removes your legal rights concerning late delivery.

Changes, cancellations and returns

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly at support@crylaughing.co.uk, quoting your order number. We will help with changes where production allows.

For non-personalised goods, you normally have a right to cancel from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive them. The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. A standard design is not excluded simply because we print it after you order.

Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms and explains cancellation procedures, return postage, refunds and the optional cancellation form.

Personalised goods still carry your legal rights if they are faulty, incorrectly described or printed incorrectly by us.

Problems and complaints

If something is wrong, email support@crylaughing.co.uk with your order number and details so we can help. You can also write to our address above.

We are responsible for supplying goods that meet your legal rights, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Your personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information when you visit our website, contact us or place an order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version provided when you place your order applies to that order. Changes will not alter an existing order unless we agree them with you.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply there and may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.
